The room was fairly clean, and the bed was comfortable enough to sleep. The staff was friendly and helped me find my way around the area. The hotel is located in a convenient spot near many restaurants and shops, which made it easy for me to get around.
The hotel can get noisy, which made it hard for me to get a good night's rest. I could hear every little noise, from people coming in and out to the noisy street outside.

The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. They even provided breakfast for us at 4am when we had to leave for an early flight. the hotel was located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation. The room was also clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay.
The noise level in the hotel was higher than we expected, as sounds seemed to travel through the wooden walls and floors easily. the fragrance used in our second room was quite strong and overwhelming, which made it difficult to relax.

We stayed at this hotel twice, at the beginning and end of our Patagonia trek. The room was clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was also good with decent showers. Additionally, the location of this hotel was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the city center and square. We liked the fact that breakfast was included and served early in the morning. Lastly, the staff was very helpful and arranged our taxi to the airport.
All was good.

During my recent stay at a small hotel in Punta Arenas, I was impressed by the level of service provided by the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They even made me cups of tea and offered me biscuits when I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening. their exceptional service made a positive impression on me.
Even though there were a few drawbacks, such as self-prepared breakfast and towels needing to be retrieved from the closet myself, the staff's attentiveness and helpfulness made up for it. They truly seemed to care about their guests and took pride in keeping the hotel clean.
